This spectacular trip will take you through Jacks Canyon and along the Ponderosa Pine forested Mogollon Rim to the quaint alpine village of Strawberry. From there you will travel to Camp Verde's Montezuma Castle National Monument and view its ancient white sandstone Indian cliff dwellings. You will experience Sedona's famous Red Rock Country and return along the winding road through beautiful and verdant Oak Creek Canyon. This round trip is 216 miles.

Travel east on I-40 to Winslow and Hwy 87 south, past Clints Well to Camp Verde turn-off, Hwy 260 to I-17. Proceed north to Montezuma Castle and Montezuma Well Exit 289, returning to I-17 and Hwy 179 north to Sedona, 5 miles to Flagstaff, east via I-40 to Meteor Crater RV Park.
